Classes run Monday–Friday, and each location hosts Saturday-morning recovery/check-in sessions to track progress. Choose from the following times and locations:

Certified instructors lead sessions at locally owned franchises, rallying up to 30 participants for each 45-minute class. The low-impact class is designed for students that have not exercised in awhile or may have physical limitations. Throughout the courses, students aim kickboxing blows at the open air or punching bags to kick-start cardiovascular endurance. Muscles stretch anaerobic bands to their limits in strength-training sessions, and a nutrition plan schedules six well-balanced meals a day to supplement calorie burning. The included boxing gloves and hand wraps armor hands and wrists for fits of furious punching, and the training manual details techniques and intimidating one-liners for threatening smug-looking punching bags.
