Classes run six days a week. Throughout the course, students aim kickboxing blows at the open air or punching bags to kick-start cardiovascular endurance. Muscles stretch anaerobic bands to their limits in strength-training sessions, and a nutrition plan supplements calorie burning.<p>

With an extensive background in tae kwon do, Lance Farrell knows how to take down opponents. Fortunately, his experience as an instructor helps him teach others to do the same. At Farrell's U.S. Martial Arts & Fitness, students of all ability levels immerse themselves in the world of Korea's most famous martial art, mastering graceful kicks and strikes while internalizing tenets such as courtesy, integrity, and self-control. Along the way, they also learn valuable self-defense skills, strengthen muscles and minds, and even hone leadership abilities through in-class cooperation. All of this training doesn't go unnoticed; students who show promise and progress may find themselves on the path towards life as one of the school's black belts.
