Or try a couple of Reformer classes in a semi-private setting performed on a unique spring resistance machine. Reformer machines guide you into better form and challenge you with resistance and balance exercises. All classes are low-impact and Pilates-based, so clients can experience real results while preventing common workout injuries and even rehabilitate previous injuries in the process. Variety is essential to avoiding a workout plateau and that's why FPB offers so many different group classes. Fully trained and experienced instructors are ready to help you modify or advance your movements to keep you successful and motivated. We are locally owned and operated by Pilates Master Instructor Lisa Webb. She and her team of talented instructors work to offer creative, energetic and results driven workouts to women and men of all ages and fitness levels. FPB's welcoming and spacious studio is conveniently located off I-49 and right next to Whole Foods.
