Scheduled a pottery class for 2 the night before date. Next day received a follow-up email indicating our reservation had been canceled and rescheduled for the next day. I called, left message indicating that didn't work for me as it was for my birthday and we were traveling from Bellingham. Received call back asking if we could come that day at a different time, since it was my birthday! They opened up the shop just for us. We had a great time and appreciate them making it happen. Instructions were easy to follow, but it is a skill that's tricky! Can't wait to see our finished bowls after we painted them and they fire them.

We did the 90min Pottery Fun class and absolutely loved it. It was a fun intro to the Pottery wheel and our instructor (Karen) was fabulous! Can't wait to go back and practice more.

My class was unexpectedly cancelled ~3 hours before start due to a family emergency. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my girlfriend and we'd need to drive an hour to get up there, so the short notice was unfortunate as I scrambled to make new plans that evening. That being said, we were able to reschedule promptly and the class itself was very nice. The instructor knew what he was doing and was a good guide.
