Q:

Will the price still be the same if my insurance pays for the treatment?

lisa p.  asked on  Apr 24, 2013

A:

Hello LIsa, The price you pay for your Groupon coupon will be the same regardless of dental insurance. If you do have orthodontic insurance coverage, we will submit it for you and your insurance will send you a check according the limits of your plan. Dr Ken Feiler

Q:

My son will just be 13 when we want to use this. Do you have the teen program for invisalign?

Sandra B.  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

A:

Hello Sandra, Yes we treat many teens with Invisalign. At 13 depending on your son's dental and facial development he will almost be a dental adult or he may still be waiting for his second molars to erupt fully. Sometimes at 13 canines are still erupting as well. The teen program is by definition a full Invisalign treatment. If a teenager has fully developed and just needs some minor tooth movement or needs to treat relapse from prior dental treatment they are often a good candidate for an Express Invisalign treatment assuming their occlusion was ideal before the relapse. Q:

Are the invisiline tx good for a slight overbite? How can you tell which groupon is appropriate to buy before visiting the Dr; the Express or the regular?

Colleen W.  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

A:

Hello Colleen, That is an excellent question. You cannot be sure without a consultation and then x-rays as well and we always recommend that. If you are far away and want to get an idea you can always call us and then email us some closeup photos of your smile in advance. However, if you are just interested in moving a few of your front misaligned teeth that are not too heavily out of alignment, you most likely will be fine for express treatment. If you want to correct extremely crowded teeth, your bite on your back teeth, extremely large spaces or many spaces between teeth, significant overbites then you would need a full Invisalign treatment. A slight overbite is usually a good situation to correct with Express Invisalign. However, if you signup for express just as you signup for the full Invisalign treatment, you can always get a refund if not a candidate. We can also upgrade your from an Express case to a full case as well if you choose after consultation. Dr Ken Feiler

Q:

I'm not sure I'm a candidate. Can I get a consultation first before purchasing this groupon ?

judy b.  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

A:

Hello Juidy, Yes you absolutely can come in first for a consultation to see if you are a candidate and we recommend it. That said, there are some people that may be excluded even after a simple consultation once we see your x-rays. At that point we will recommend you take care of the situation or if it is not correctable you can get refunded by Groupon. Dr Ken Feiler
