Students tackle ever-changing workouts of the day that build strength through functional movements such as box jumps, pushups, deadlifts, sprints, and tire flips.

Each one of Fentress CrossFit's certified trainers shares a passion for athletics that he or she has developed over decades of experience in the fields of weightlifting, running, and nutrition. They use this passion and energy to help pupils exceed personal fitness goals with supportive group classes and one-on-one training sessions. Though CrossFit workouts are short⎯often only 20 minutes⎯the high-intensity circuits demand mental and physical exertion from students, rewarding them with newfound strength, greater endurance, and muscles yet to be discovered by science. Trainers make sure bodies don't bore themselves with machines and treadmills, but rather remain engaged with ever-changing workouts of the day that employ functional movements, including lifting objects, jumping rope, rowing, and climbing.
