Fibroblast Technology is the newest and hottest growing trend among the beauty and aesthetics industry. The treatment has been popular in Europe for many years and the technology is now hitting the US by storm. The treatment consist of an electronic device that is used by a licensed certified technician. A small electrical current called a plasma arch is transmitted through a small probe on the device to stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can tighten loose skin and diminish the appearance of lines and wrinkles. A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment for ultimate comfort and in most cases can be completed in 60-90 minutes. Tiny scabs will remain on the skin for 7-12 days and flake off leaving new younger tighter skin. Results can last up to 2 years.
