Touting 45 acres of terrifying surprises, Field of Screams Maryland presents Scream City lures thrill seekers to three newly renovated, professionally designed and maintained attractions, including a 35-minute walk through a haunted forest. The multi-haunt emporium coaxes goose bumps from epidermal hideouts with movie-quality sets and props peppered throughout each attraction. Tread lightly across the unexorcised grounds of the Trail of Terror, where legends of murder, werewolves, and tax-evading butlers linger ominously behind veils of darkened forestry. The haunted halls of Lusion Manor take guests through 15 rooms brimming with jolt-inducing sights, and Hades' Hayride utilizes the unsuspecting paths of a cornfield to induce shrieks and soul-rattling cravings for popcorn.
Field of Screams' convenient location affords metro residents timely access to all three state-of-the-art haunts. Bonfires and guest appearances by local radio personalities, movie makeup artists, and celebrity proton packs also add to the scare bazaar's spirited atmosphere. Visitors can also use a $10 concession credit to refuel with a cavalcade of treats and snacks.
About Field of Screams Maryland
Designed by the fright experts at Steelhead Events and Productions, Field of Screams Maryland acts as the nexus of Halloween fright for brave souls in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Frights stretch across four attractions, each one offering its own twist on the mechanisms of fear. Visitors can start out on the Super Screams Trail, the now combined Haunted Trail and Trail of Terror, which reaches deep into a haunted forest littered with 13 stations of Campground fears and more than a dozen small haunted houses. If visitors make it through the demonic, zombie-filled labyrinth, they must then enter the terrifying Slaughter Factory Haunted House. Entrants wander each room as buzz saws pierce the air, and the overwhelming purr of heavy machinery vibrates the very ground you walk on in this sick and twisted factory. Survivors of the terror can finish their visit with Carnival games, such as Lizzy Borden Axe Throwing and Body Bean Bag Pumpkin Toss!
