I've been to many crossfit gyms over the years and know the good from the bad, this is a good one. A good coach and programming makes the difference. Its not about having the newest equipment. Plenty of space and decent class size.

Small facility with personalized attention. Workouts are tough which is exactly what I need to get in shape. Marisa is a great trainer.

Extremely hard. Not for a beginner by no means. I was not in good enough shape to handle this.
