The professional trainers at Fight 2 Live lead their students through an intense program of calorie-roasting techniques. During workouts, valuable self-defense methods combine with exercise so fighters of all skill levels can train like true boxers. Students will begin each class by stretching, running, and jumping rope in a cardio warm-up session. Afterward, heavy bags will plead for mercy after being pummeled by mighty fists, and padded mitts will take students' best shots so that trainers' palm readings won't be distorted from damage.
Five trainers all specializing in different areas of boxing can teach students varied techniques that will make their attacks unpredictable. USA Boxing Olympic Team and World Series of Boxing fighter Tony Mack will be working with students at Fight 2 Live for a limited time, teaching them the delicate balance between mind, body, and spit bucket. Class sizes run from intimate sessions of five people to full-on pugilistic spectaculars of 20.
