Though the menu is limited, the traditional Filipino dishes are absolutely delicious and remind me of my mother’s style of cooking. The chicken pancit has lots of flavor and is not overly salty. The lumpia is made In restaurant and is spot on in taste and texture. These are generous portions compared to what is frozen and sold in Asian stores and a thousand times better than any take out place. I’m really glad they shifted from being a coffeehouse/breakfast place up focusing on Filipino or Filipino fusion cuisine. There really is nothing comparable in the Omaha metro area. Follow their Facebook page to be alerted of their weekly specials and any non-regular menu specials they may feature. I hope they do well enough to expand to more locations in the future!

Filipino Fusion offers generous portions and lots of flavor for the price you will pay. The food is tasty and will satiate any cravings you have for Filipino food. The new owners and the staff are very friendly. Each Filipino will cook food a little differently, and I could notice the difference in the pancit and adobo on this particular visit. I had wondered if the cook/owners were trying something new, but it turned out there are new owners. I did notice a slight difference in the food quality on this particular visit which was a first out of all the times I've been here. Specifically I noticed that meat was rather dry all around - in the pancit, the adobo, even the lechon (not pictured) despite having a decent amount of fat on it. The pancit did not have as many vegetables incorporated as it used to. The lumpia is still very delicious, and I like that they offer Mang Tomas sauce now, too, though I do miss some of the old homemade sauces. More attention to not overcooking the meats could be given to improve this rating. I personally was originally drawn to the restaurant because the cooking reminded me of my mother's. This is not really the case anymore, but it is still good Filipino food overall with room for improvement.

Service was good. Food good but they close early on Friday night. A night when people like to eat out.
