Q:

If there is a venue that my daughter really wants to go to and I would not enjoy it...example taste in music...can she use the two vouchers with a friend or would I always have to attend?

Q:

I live in Dallas but still have an Arkansas driver's license. On the company website it does NOT mention that I need to have a valid TX id. Why is Groupon making that a requirement? Do I have to get a TX id in order to purchase this?

Nicole C.  asked on  Jan 24, 2013

A:

I apologize for any inconvenience. According to the fine print, this Groupon is valid only for local residents with valid Texas ID or members of the military stationed in Texas with valid military ID.

Q:

This offer is for membership for two. Does that mean that if I buy the Groupon, my guest must be the same person each time? Or could different people attend with me? Susan L.

A:

The guest does not have to be the same each time.

Q:

I see that over 180 have already been sold and you have current members as well. Do you have a limited number of members? I'm curious because I don't want to purchase this but possibly never see a show due to the number of member versus the number of available tickets. Also, are there many shows that would be appropriate for children?

Bridgette M.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

We do monitor the number of members we have and as of now we are still growing. We have offered over 200 different evens in the past 12 months in the DFW area. We do have shows for families. Our shows change on a regular basis. It is up to the members to check for events. We have had tons of members attend many events over their 12 month membership time. You can also email us anytime at info@fillaseatdallas.com.

Q:

This sounds neat. Just wondering if there is a list of past perfromances/venues. Would be nice to have an idea what type of events this would include.

Here is an answer to this question from the merchant's FAQ:

"We are very appreciative for all of our shows/events that give us tickets/deals to use. These shows/events do not want to advertise that they have these tickets and discounts available. For that reason, only paying members will be able to see what offers (current and past) we have. "

Q:

Are the tickets free for fill a seat or they offered at face value?

Thomas S.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

The tickets are free!

Q:

If the deal expires March 27, 2013, how are you able to have the membership for a year?

Toni C.  asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

Sorry for the confusion! The expiration date is the last day you can redeem the Groupon to start your one-year membership. The one year will begin the date you redeem.
