What You'll Get
Fusing two things into a single hybrid has so far resulted in more fuel-efficient cars, cuter dog breeds, and more powerful Dragonball Z characters. Today's Groupon applies the same principle to your workout: for $12, you get four drop-in classes at FIMB Yoga and Wellness Center in Lee's Summit (up to a $48 value). Choose from any of the following classes: Polga (pole and yoga), Zumba, Chair Moves, Pole Fitness, Yoga, Urban Pilates, and Sexy Stretch. Take four of the same class or try a different one each time. Check out FIMB's schedule for class times. FIMB's signature class is the pole-yoga hybrid Polga, which was invented by FIMB owner Carla Mock to blend the sexy confidence boost of pole dancing with the centering calm and flexibility of yoga. Both forms of exercise are famous for creating long, lean bodies with superior strength, flexibility, and endurance—and fusing them together only makes them a more effective workout. FIMB's spacious studio offers many poles, so you won't have to stop spinning, stretching, and dancing every time a firefighter needs to use the pole. If you like your pole fitness and yoga unadulterated, FIMB also offers separate classes in each, along with fun and music-fueled Urban Pilates and Zumba classes. If you like to bring your sexy wherever you go and use it to distract your office-cubicle mate, firm up your muscles with the sultry sedentary moves you learn in cardio Chair Moves. Or banish unsexy inflexibility with a session of sexy stretching while soft music lazes through the dimly lit air. You must make a reservation for pole fitness and Polga classes.

About FIMB the Stiletto Gym
Carla Mock believes that everybody deserves to look and feel fabulous. When she founded a gym where she could teach her unique combination of yoga, pole fitness, and burlesque, she sought a name that encapsulated her philosophy. That's how she arrived at FIMB, which stands for Fabulous in Mind and Body.
Shining poles run from floor to ceiling in the warmly lit, orange-walled studio, giving students structures to twirl around during pole-fitness classes and sturdy supports to bend between during yoga sessions. Polga—one of Carla's original creations—combines yogic stretching with the upper-body workout of pole dancing. Students use the poles to enhance alignment and perform classic yoga poses, unlike Santa’s elves, who climb the pole to escape gingerbread warriors pillaging the village on their fearsome rocking horses.
