Within a small, private studio, Finally Fit's head coach Rebecca Grijalva works hard to help all clients meet their fitness goals—no matter what. On top of earning numerous certifications ranging from weight management and performance to TRX suspension and indoor cycling, Rebecca strives to stay at the forefront of the fitness world by making biannual treks to learn from health experts and bestselling authors such as Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove and Todd Durkin. She uses this knowledge to create non-traditional, results-driven workouts that eschew weight machines for kettlebells, medicine balls, and other free weights that help to build a more stable, balanced body.
But she knows that even this approach won't work for everybody. That's why each new Finally Fit client meets with a trainer to determine the best course of action for their desired results, whether it's losing 50 pounds of fat or gaining 10 pounds of muscle. After that, clients can enroll in one of four classes that use interval training, metabolic challenges, heart-rate zones, and other cutting-edge techniques to help them reach their goals.
