We arrived on a cold morning and the driver promply followed us to a parking spot, loading us on the bus. After picking up a few others we were transported to the airport. On our return, we lucked out and got to the driver, just before he was getting ready to depart the airport.

Easy check in and out. Used outdoor parking, they told me where to park and a shuttle was right behind me. Convenient, especially when traveling with my 2 kiddos.
