The instructor named Russ was either always late to class or would call us the night before to reschedule appointments or to cancel the scheduled class. On one occasion, we drove for 40 mins to attend class, when we got there, he was not there! When we called, he said, “Oh, I forgot about our meeting today.” I am pretty sure that because we are Groupon customers so we get mistreated! If not, then this man is just not responsible and has no work ethics at all.
