Q:

Is this deal still on...3/19/12...it won't let me buy even 1 groupon, let alone 4 and the limit is 6. Why

Teresa M.  asked on  Mar 19, 2012

A:

Hi Teresa
Sorry for the trouble. It sounds like there may already be purchases pending on your account, so the system is blocking you from purchasing an additional Groupon. To check, please sign into your account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons. If you have multiple purchases pending and you need further assistance with your order, please give us a call at 877.788.7858 so we can help you resolve this as quickly as possible.

Q:

So, since the senior price is $6.50, all I'm getting here are two medium popcorns for free? Doesn't seem to be much of a deal, if I understand it correctly.

Elizabeth K.  asked on  Mar 18, 2012

A:

Hi Elizabeth
Sorry for the delay. This Groupon's value is based on the regular price for adult tickets - $8.50 per person. This Groupon is valid for two adult, regular price tickets and two medium popcorns as well, so it has a value of up to $27. The regular price for senior tickets is $7 per person. If you were going to a matinee and are a senior, then you're correct - each ticket would cost $6.50. As the cost of two medium popcorns is $10, you could redeem your Groupon for two senior matinee tickets and two medium popcorns - it would be similar to receiving two medium popcorns for free.

Q:

How do I print out a coupon?I purchased on 3/18/12 but did not print the screen. Thanks Fran

Fran R.  asked on  Mar 19, 2012

A:

Hi Fran
After you've completed your purchase, you can print your Groupon by signing into your account at www.groupon.com/mygroupons. Then, just click "View Voucher" next to your Groupon - that will download the PDF of your Groupon, which you can open in any PDF reader.

Q:

So if I buy 4 tickets, I have to use the 4 tickets all at one time? Or can I use 2 tickets one and 2 ticket for another show?

Kristi S.  asked on  Mar 18, 2012

A:

You must use the promotional value of one Groupon in one visit. If you have two Groupons for a total of four tickets, you can use one Groupon one day and the second Groupon on another day.
