What You'll Get
Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name—and sometimes you want to go where everybody wants to know your name. Achieve the latter with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of classic pub fare at Finnegan's Wake on South Avenue.
If Finnegan's menu were a flag, it would be a mixture of red, white, blue, and green, and it would be proudly twirled in all Independence of St. Patrick's Day parades. The fare is mainly influenced by traditional Irish staples, but it retains a touch of American pub eats. Start out with a plate of Guinness cheese fries ($5.95) before moving on to the Atomic Pizza, overloaded with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, red onion, mushrooms, and bacon baked in a mozzarella-provolone blend ($17.95 for 12"). Sandwich selections include the hot roast-beef sub with provolone cheese, herbed mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato ($8), ensuring no bellies remain unfilled and no chins remain unsauced. Globally-minded taste buds can sample Irish-inspired entrees such as hearty shepard's pie ($7.95)—mashed potatoes baked with beef, an assortment of vegetables, and rich gravy—and traditional fish and chips ($9.95). Should stomachs long for a taste of home, hefty burgers are available in half pound ($7.95), full pound ($10.95) and black bean ($7.95) varieties. While today’s Groupon is not valid on alcohol, diners may wish to pair bites with sips from Finnegan’s ample selection of of-age beverages.

About Finnegan's Revival
The casual Irish pub, Finnegan's Wake, alongside its restaurant and lounge area, Finnegan's Revival, fuels stomachs with its 17 draft beers, 10 whiskeys on tap, and Irish and American pub fare. Diners can pull apart gooey Guinness cheese fries, sink forks into a gravy-covered shepherd's pie, or bite into beer-battered fish 'n' chips before flinging pucks down the pub's shuffleboard table or participating in Wednesday-night trivia. On the Revival side, which is decorated to look like a cozy Irish cottage with its mantel-topped fireplace, old-fashioned photos, and leprechaun traps, patrons can snuggle into leather couches while devouring specialty pizzas.
