Choose from Three Options
- $29 for four hoop, poi, or staff classes ($90 value)
- $49 for eight hoop, poi, or staff classes ($160 value)
- $25 for admission to Fire-Eating Workshop: Part I ($50 value)
During hoop-dance classes, students learn to hoop around various parts of the body, including the upper torso, shoulders, and neck. Alternatively, pupils can learn the Maori art of spinning poi, a ball on a cord, to increase dexterity and coordination. Staff spinning, meanwhile, has evolved from its Polynesian beginning into a modern strength-building dance.
In Part I of the Fire-Eating Workshop, students learn the basics of torches, fuels, and safety as they become comfortable with making contact with the flame on various body parts.
