If a mullet haircut is described as "business in the front, party in the back", then The Mullet pizza might be described as "party on the top, business on the bottom." As one of Fire Slice's signature pies, it's topped with an exciting spread of grilled chicken, smoked bacon, and alfredo sauce, but beneath that, the crust is serious business—made from fresh, hand-stretched dough, the pie bakes to order in a brick oven that lends it a crispy, smoky char.
All of Fire Slice's pizzas are prepared this way, and topped with plenty of house-made ingredients. The Italian sausage on the Hot Momma is a Fire Slice exclusive, as is the basil pesto on the chicken florentine pie. The menu also includes pasta and paninis, all of which guests can enjoy in a charming dining room furnished with local art instead of TVs.
