Firefly Hot Yoga was voted the best yoga studio in Cary, NC for 2015. Our staff are well trained and skilled in offering modifications and advancements, making our studio comfortable for all levels. The simplicity of our space allows us to stand a part and focus on what really matters... yoga.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We all come to our mat for different reasons. We need to stay true to our intentions, allowing each days yoga practice serve our body rather than our ego. Each day will look different for every student. Our staff acknowledges this and will inspire a student to stay true to themselves.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love simplicity. We love yoga. We love to help others reach their goals. This is why we exist and we hope that is evident to all our clients.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that my job allows me to meet each student where they are at and we are able to drop the facades and be real. Each student represents a story, and Im honored to play a small part in that. I love to see how students develop in their practice both physically and mentally.
