What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The customers, of course. I named my company Fireplace And Chimney Tech Services because the first letter of each word forms “facts.” I make sure that the customer only gets the facts about their fireplace and chimney.
What do you love most about your job?
To be a steward to the community, to help people with their questions, and making people happy.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Their were so many, and one definitely comes to mind. I cleaned and inspected a fireplace, and then ordered parts to return for the repair. The customer went out of their way to purchase me a chimney top hat, and I still have it displayed in my office! She said that I was very honest and considerate.
