They did a nice job sweeping the fireplace, but the up-sell pressure started before they even arrived. They recommended thousands of dollars worth of work, but a second opinion from the fire department did not agree.

Jeff and John were quick to come to my home on short notice and thoroughly inspected my fireplace. While I paid for a cleaning he informed me that I have much more work to complete before I should even light a fire in my home - I'm very glad I chose this route and I am now working to replace more elements of my fireplace to get it to a working fashion. Will follow up once the work is done with another review!

Actually, I'm not sure how to rate this service. They were very detailed about explanation of why the chimney couldn't be cleaned and provided a quote. Basically, our chimney wasn't built properly and needs work and a heavy cleaning. The house is only 20 years old but looks like previous owner didn't clean. I would recommend you get a FREE inspection first before you purchase this Groupon. This way you won't have to pay for an inspection without a cleaning like I did. There are other companies that provide a free over the phone or email inspection. Some also come to your house.

Great experience w Jeff. Doesn’t push or scare; gives facts. On time and good communication. Call b4 you buy Groupon due to possible extra fees. Upon scheduling after buying, was told any chimney 20+ y.o. possibly needs level 2 inspection ($100). Was honest and after seeing in person that we didn’t need, didn’t charge us for it. Purchased cap 11/21 and was installed last week. Competitive prices.

To be a Stuart to the community, and help people with answering their questions, and making them happy!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Their were so many, and one definitely comes to mind! I cleaned, and inspected a fireplace, and ordered parts to return for the repair. The customer went out of their way to purchase me a chimney top hat, and I still have it displayed in my office! She said that I was very honest, and considerate!
