This company was quick to get back to me to set up the appointment. They were very professional and clean. Got lots of great information about what needed to be done and we came up with a plan to get it all done.

They did a nice job sweeping the fireplace, but the up-sell pressure started before they even arrived. They recommended thousands of dollars worth of work, but a second opinion from the fire department did not agree.

Jeff and John were quick to come to my home on short notice and thoroughly inspected my fireplace. While I paid for a cleaning he informed me that I have much more work to complete before I should even light a fire in my home - I'm very glad I chose this route and I am now working to replace more elements of my fireplace to get it to a working fashion. Will follow up once the work is done with another review!

Great experience w Jeff. Doesn’t push or scare; gives facts. On time and good communication. Call b4 you buy Groupon due to possible extra fees. Upon scheduling after buying, was told any chimney 20+ y.o. possibly needs level 2 inspection ($100). Was honest and after seeing in person that we didn’t need, didn’t charge us for it. Purchased cap 11/21 and was installed last week. Competitive prices.

Very Friendly took time to explained problems and possible consequences. Didn't push for major upgrades. Expkain what needed to be done to get the fireplace operational again. I would use this company again in a heartbeat

I had the opportunity of meeting Jeff, owner operator of Fireplace and Chimney Tech Services. I took advantage of the chimney sweep, appreciated how meticulous Jeff was. He and associate Mark were courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. Highly reccommend them for your chimney needs.

The customer's...of course! I named my company Fireplace And Chimney Tech Services because each first letter of the name stands for "F.A.C.T.S"! I make sure that the customer only get's the "F.A.C.T.S."...about their Fireplace & Chimney!

What do you love most about your job?
To be a Stuart to the community, and help people with answering their questions, and making them happy!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Their were so many, and one definitely comes to mind! I cleaned, and inspected a fireplace, and ordered parts to return for the repair. The customer went out of their way to purchase me a chimney top hat, and I still have it displayed in my office! She said that I was very honest, and considerate!
