Received a great massage from Shannon. She was receptive to my requests to lighten pressure and often asked how the pressure was. I have a lot of problem areas and she loosened up many of them. Look forward to returning for another massage.

Don’t go to Fireside Therapeutic Massage. The owner, Shannon Lebal, was very rude and unaccommodating because I was using a Groupon. My appointment was 2 days after the expiration date but I thought you had to make the appointment by the expiration date, not have the actual massage. You’d think that she would have honored it in order to make a potential new client happy but she didn’t. Instead she wanted to charge me the difference between what I paid Groupon and her usual fee. Then when she realized I wasn’t going to stay, she wanted me to pay a cancellation fee. I refused. She also wouldn’t let my daughter use her Groupon which I bought for her as a Christmas gift. I had no way of knowing that my daughter, who is in her 40’s, had gone there once before. So she lost two potential clients. Groupon I’m out $88. Please help!

Shannon was extremely knowledgeable. She was considerate and kept asking if the pressure was OK. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommend- will be going back!

Shannon's deep tissue massage was just what i needed. She was very careful and kept checking to make sure the pressure was right. I had such good results that I bought a package for additional sessions. Highly recommend
