Firm Body's muscle magicians will make fat cells dissolve in mid-air via vigorous exercise routines and a wide range of strength-training equipment. Two weeks of boot camp will render soft bodies into chiseled granite and the optional nutritional seminar will make it impossible for bacon-encrusted bacon to skulk its way onto dinner plates.
Groupon holders who choose the Huntsville location will meet at Big Spring Park on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (or at Scruggs Community Center in case of inclement weather), and campers who prefer the Madison location work out at Leathertree Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays and join the Huntsville team on Saturdays (or head to Champs on Castle Drive in case of inclement weather).
