Don't be confused when you walk in and think it's just a regular doctors office...they do skin care, waxing, lasers, etc..

The person I worked with, Hillary, was very professional. She was very patient and explained everything before beginning the procedure. My only complaint is I was told by the front desk to take a seat, not to go to the other counter to sign in. When I asked at the front desk 40 minutes later, I was told I needed to sign in and complete paper work.
