Q:

Hi, I am trying to call because i have an issue. I got 8 buddies ready for march 25th 9am half day trip but i was only able to book two for the reservation because i didn't have time to book the rest. Then the next day when i log on to finish, I noticed that 25th 9am isn't on the booking site anymore... Did the date get full to the point its not opening anymore? I need help! been trying to get 8 friends together for a long time and i dont want to screw this up!

Tom p.  asked on  Mar 13, 2013

A:

Tom- Call us in the morning 619-221-8500. I am pretty confident the date and time you are looking to book is still available. The boat holds 75 people, and I am pretty certain it is not sold out for that date

Q:

I've fishedin Baja (Loreto) in the past, but my ex-husband and I always hired a captain with a panga to take us out, and he'd bait our hooks -- sound stupid, but I've never baited a hook -- do your guys mind doing that? Also, would it be a mistake to book a trip by myself, or would you recommend having a guy with me? I'm 6' tall and no wimp ... Thank you.

Donna M.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Hi Donna- You are good to go by yourself. The captain and deck hands are their to help you with everything including baiting your hooks.

Do we get to keep what we catch? Also does the Fishing company fillet the fish and package it to take home? Thanks.

Bryce G.  asked on  Mar 12, 2013

A:

Hi Bryce- Yes and yes. You can keep what you catch and for $1 per fish the boat will fillet and package it to take home

Q:

Want to buy this as a surprise gift for my husband. Is this an appropriate activity for someone who has never fished in anything larger than a small lake in a small boat...experience necessary?? Also, looked at your website to see if weekends are available and it doesn't show the "dolphin" as having any open reservations for the month of April or May (just lots of other boats with 1, 1.5, overnight outings...am I missing something? If there will be plenty of weekend opportunities to cash this in after March 29th, then I'll jump on this deal. Thank you in advance for answering!!

Lisa G.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

Hi Lisa- Yes the trip is ideal for a novice fisherman. Their should be plenty of open spots for April and May. if you are having problems, purchase the deals and call us 619-221-8500 to book.

Q:

If I buy two tickets, my wife and I can only use "one" of the tickets and must pay full price for the second one? Also, your website says you only go out starting on June 1st and the offer expires June 12th, so our ticket(s) must be used within the first 10 days or June?

Jill D.  asked on  Mar 11, 2013

A:

HI JILL- No you buy buy 2 vouchers for the discounted deal and use them together for you and your wife on the same day. It sounds a bit confusing. Basically if you bought 2 vouchers you could not go out by yourself twice in the same day. The website has not been updated. Half day trips are going on right now. You can book any day during the week and weekends.

Q:

HELLO MY NAME IS LARRY I HAVE A GRAND DAUGHTER, THAT LOVE TO FISH, SHE HAS ASKED MANY TIME TO GO OUT ON A LARGE BOAT. I HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES MYSELF AND HAVE BEEN MANY PEOPLE ON THESE BOATS. I I REALLY WANT MY GRAND DAUGHTER TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WITH OUT THE PUSHING FOR A SPOT, SO my question would be how many people on your boat at time or what would be the best time to go where there is not a-lot of people?

Larry M.  asked on  Mar 10, 2013

A:

the boat can hold up to 75 people for a fishing trip. I would recommend booking your trip during the week and avoid the crowd on weekends. The boat totals will be much less Tuesday-Friday
