At Fit 30 customers may have an individualized fitness experience with a personal trainer who can design a custom-made fitness plan, keep them motivated, accountable, provide key advice, and walk them through the entire exercise regiment. A personal trainer is a valuable resource to help achieve unique health and fitness goals.
Experienced and Credentialed Personal Trainer
Alan Cooksey is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and has 25 years of experience in the development of strength and conditioning programs. If customers find themselves hitting a plateau and no longer getting results from their fitness routine, he can evaluate their current nutrition and fitness exercise routine and show them what they can do to challenge their program and get back on track. He is qualified to design an optimal fitness plan for beginners, avid-gym goers, sports enthusiasts, and even for people with special considerations such as post-rehabilitation, obesity, or medical conditions.
His Personal Training Strategy
He has a very comprehensive approach to personal training and takes the time to learn about his customers - their long- and short-term goals as well as their current fitness, health, and nutritional habits. He also takes into account their age, body composition, and gender to develop a unique fitness plan that provides the optimal Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type (FITT) elements for their specific health and fitness goals. That is, a plan with the right Frequency or recommended amount of workouts per week; Intensity to provide the right overload to boost metabolism, Time to provide the right workout duration; and Type to provide the right exercises for customers' goals.
A fitness plan to fit the customer's lifestyle
After he designs the exercise regiment, he closely monitors his customer's progress and modifies the program as needed to ensure a steady progression. The exercise and diet nutrition plan he will design for them is meant to be a lifestyle plan, not an overnight fix. Whether their goal is, to lose fat weight, tone the body, or build muscle, he will develop a program that fits their lifestyle and gives them all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve goals. He'll educate his customers on proper exercise mechanics and monitor them closely to ensure they are performing each exercise with correct form to maximize the effectiveness of their workouts. He'll also provide an abundance of fitness tips that they can use throughout their life and even explore ways to make the workouts more enjoyable to help them get through those hard days.
