Sessions take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 6 a.m., and last 45 minutes. Before starting their first session, participants undertake a fitness test that includes a one-mile run, sit ups, and push ups, to determine their current fitness level and to help chart their progress as weeks pass.

Fit 4 Life's bootcamp instructor Ronnie Stewart truly understands how maintaining one's fitness can improve their life. As an Army Ranger, he spent hours training his mind and his body to conquer a variety of challenges while serving his country. Though no longer in active duty, Ronnie still employs the techniques taught to him in the service by leading fitness and bootcamp sessions that push physical limits. Ronnie and his instructors break the 45-minute sessions into two different cycles, the first focusing on warm ups and upper body exercises, and the second directed and lower body and core movements. In addition to their bootcamp regimen, Fit 4 Life also offers nutritional counseling to help clients work toward their goals in the healthiest way possible. His approach to teaching, leading, and motivating others through fitness helps participants achieve their desired fitness goals. Outside of Ronnie's bootcamp sessions, Fit 4 Life's staff also helps others nurture their bodies in personal training classes that bring all the focus solely on the client and the invisible friend they brought with them.
