Choose Between Two Options
- $19.99 for four group fitness classes (a $50 value)
- $29.99 for eight group fitness classes (an $80 value)
During group classes, up to eight people engage in 45-minute resistance workouts that use dumbbells, machines, stability balls, and cardiovascular exercises set to high-intensity music. The 4-series classes begin on June 3 and the 8-series classes begin June 17.
Classes begin at the following times:
Monday and Wednesday: 5:15 a.m., 6 a.m., 5:15 p.m., 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: 5:15 a.m., 6 a.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 8 p.m.
Just because trainer Tanya Peale competes in physique competitions at the national level doesn’t mean she expects the same from her clients. What she does expect is a can-do attitude and a willingness to work hard. She and her team motivate and encourage clients at every level of physical fitness with challenging, upbeat cardio and resistance routines laced with energetic music. Before kicking off sessions, clients enjoy a fitness assessment and body-composition testing, the results of which are molded into a customized workout plan.
