Q:

During the 4-week or 6-week period, does one attend one class per week or can one attend as many sessions as one wishes? Are all sessions at the two locations marked "outside" all conducted outside? What about bad weather? How does one make reservations, how far ahead? Please explain the $10 fee if one misses a session?

Wendy M.  asked on  Mar 25, 2013

A:

*Unless you Upgrade your deal is good for Three workouts each week. Upgrades are able to workout as many times as they wish. *Yes, "outdoor" workouts take place outside, rain or shine. *Reservations are made online after you purchase your deal. Q:

How effective is the 30 min class-that seems to be the best time for me on when I can take class but I am skeptical about only getting a 30 minute workout in. I am on a intermediate/advanced level. Will this really benefit me?

Gina C.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

Most people associate a "Great Workout" with time, but it is all about your intensity. Being that you are at an intermediate/ advanced level you will love the 30 min workout. It is set up in intervals ranging from 20 sec to 3 min, breaks are not given they are taken at each individuals discretion. We take the heart-rate up high and bring it back down without stopping the workout. So, imagine your average 60 min workout... now take away the breaks where you are just standing around and there you have you 30 min workout. You burn more calories in a shorter time, AND create an environment where your body engages in "after-after". So, to answer the question... It will benefit you if you do the work :-)

Q:

What type of exercises are offered at each location. Meaning, what type of exercise is involved in the Dance Exchange vs the other days. I'm just trying to determine which classes offer what.

Tiara I.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

Expect to run/ jog hit the stairs will outside... but there are times when we run at the block while working out at the dance exchange. As far as types of exercises, at all locations from band exercises, cardio drills, plyometric exercises, to running/ jogging drills. We kick, squat, punch, run, jump, push, and pull. And most importantly we get results ;-) Let me just say I recommend a combinations of both indoor and outdoor workouts if you want to achieve maximum results.

Q:

In the Groupon schedule, I only see 3-weeks worth of classes. When will dates later in April and May be made available?

Lindsey S.  asked on  Mar 20, 2013

A:

Members are can only schedule a month in advance, therefore later dates are not available to view. There is a 4-week scheduling window. I suggest you schedule no more than two weeks at a time just in case your schedule changes. Note: there is a no show policy where you will be charged $10.
