So many questions... For the 6-week program, how many classes is this per week? Looking at the training calendar on the website, it shows each class is 30 minute increments...but it doesn't show the type of workout per class, how does a customer know what to sign up for? Is each class based on a first come first serve basis, or can a customer preplan out their weekly schedule of classes and sign up for them weeks in advance? Is the meal program general for each customer, or is there a personalized meal program customized for each customers needs and goals, prepared for each customer?

From Fit Body Boot Camp: "the 6-week program is for unlimited sessions. Our classes are 30 minutes long and all are boot camp-style workouts except for the two kickboxing sessions which are on Mon & Wed at 6-7pm. Once you purchase a Groupon please email us to receive instructions on how to schedule your orientation. Once you've completed an orientation, you may attend any sessions on a first come, first serve basis. Your meal plan can be customized based on your goals and dietary preferences (we have vegetarian and paleo options)."
