Hour-long boot-camp classes run Monday–Friday at 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 8 p.m., as well as on Saturday at 10:30 a.m.

Everything is awesome in Boot Camp 30. Emeka is great. He helps you to be in good shape and encourages you to workout for your health. Scott is great. He is full of energy. Other trainers are great as well. People are very friendly here. After I moved from EL to AA, this was the only thing I missed a lot. I also tried other boot camping places. They are terrible compare to this one. Boot Camp 30 is one of the best things that has happened to me in my life.

If you can afford it, they are well worht the cost. They offer a variety of times; while everyone is doing the same workout, the intensity is taylored to each individual; and it's an amazingly supportive and helpful environment. If you attend the same time each day, expect o make a new "family".
