What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
At Fit Body Dublin, we teach you how to change your body from where you are to where you want to be. Our focus is on burning stubborn belly fat away and creating nice lean muscle throughout your body. We want you to believe you can achieve your goals, then help you achieve them!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Each workout is just 30 minutes consisting of HIIT exercises that target problem areas while forcing you to laugh and smile—all while exercising your core extremely well. Not only that, but every session is led by a Certified Trainer, meaning you always get small group training at each visit.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After doing personal training for almost a decade, I wanted to give people something affordable while offering the same (if not better) service as a personal trainer. Now every session is led by a certified personal trainer! Plus, getting to motivate and force joy upon people is always fun :)
What do you love most about your job?
Who doesn’t love helping people change their lives for the better? I know we do!!! *And just so you know* must attend a Welcome Orientation before joining the full session. Held Tuesdays evenings starting at 7:15 p.m. (come at about 7pm). Bring your workout clothes & get ready for some fun!
