Trainer Kai doesn’t believe that poor genes, previous failures, or hectic schedules are acceptable explanations for a lack of physical fitness. The certified personal trainer dedicates himself to improving the health and fitness levels of his fellow El Paso residents, regardless of their shape, size, or physical history. Amid a collection of equipment that includes dumbbells and suspension trainers, Trainer Kai and his staff lead ever-changing, high-intensity workouts that are only 30 minutes long, accommodating busy work schedules or plans to maintain constant surveillance on park statues. They also enlighten students with tips on healthy eating habits.
