Priscilla McCall had always had a knack for athletics, but it wasn’t until she left her career in the technology industry that she could pursue her dream of becoming a certified personal trainer. She then founded the Milford chapter of Fit Body Boot Camp, now known as 30MinFitness, where she draws from her extensive training and softball-coaching experience to lead her students towards healthier lifestyles through the boot camp’s dynamic workouts and comprehensive meal plans. Trainers at 30MinFitness lead group workouts that integrate cardio with bodyweight training, core strengthening, and overall toning. They design the workouts to be time efficient and varied, avoiding workout plateaus that may leave clients uninspired. In addition to motivating clients to work their bodies, trainers also empower them with healthy eating guidelines.
