Sixty-minute boot-camp classes blend cardio drills with weightlifting and core exercises to mount a multipronged attack on fat. Instructors provide all the equipment in an indoor setting, including an initial body assessment and nutrition guide. Classes at the Mountain View location take place 6 a.m.–7 a.m. and 7 a.m.–8 a.m., Monday–Thursday; classes at the Foster City location take place 6 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. Monday–Thursday.
