We will discuss the details of your program, take your initial measurements, and answer any questions you may have. Orientations are mandatory sessions that will help set you up for success and clarify any confusion.

Orientations take place 15 minutes before your 1st workout and we meet again for 15 minutes after your workout to check in, answer any questions, and book your next workout. Please bring your workout clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle.
