I’ve always been intimidated by Boot Camps but I got out of my comfort zone and gave it a try! One of the best decisions I’ve made. Justin is great-he’s right by your side coaching you every step of the way. It may only be 30 minutes but it’s an intense 30 minutes! Great workout-highly recommend!!!
