So. Do you have an ease-in program for older people? Other than walking I haven't done much in the last six decades. I can't get through an aerobics class, for example.

Hello Patricia, I believe the minimum level of required workout might be to much for what you are seeking. Boot camp is a high intensity cardio class, which can be altered to suit physical disadvantages however other exercises are put in place for one you are not able to do. Nonetheless the classes are still meant to be high intensity.
