Q:

you mentioned classes being full, If I can only attend the 6am(due to work) class but its full, then does that day count? how often are classes full and how does the waitlist work?

Lourdes z.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

Hi Lourdes! Once you get started with your deal, you will have unlimited access for either 16 consecutive days or 6 consecutive weeks. However, if the session you are interested in is full (and the 6 is a popular time slot so it does tend to fill up quickly), then you might have to wait a few weeks to get started. Our system will only allow so many people to register for their sessions and once the class is at capacity, it won't allow you to register online, in which case you can email us to be put on the wait list. As soon as we have a spot open up, we will email you to get started and then you'll have unlimited access. I hope this helps!

Q:

Hi - I bought the 6-week unlimited boot camp and am eager to get started in August. I'll be out of town for 1 week, though. Is it possible to make that week up once I've started or should I wait until I'll be in town a consecutive 6 weeks if I want to fully take advantage of the deal? Thanks.

Denise H.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

Hi Denise! Thanks so much for purchasing our groupon. We are eager to get you started as well! As far as your question, the deal is for 6 consecutive weeks, so unfortunately you wouldn't be able to make up the week that you were gone. I'd recommend waiting until you return so that you can take advantage of the full 6 weeks, although it's still a KILLER deal for 5 weeks of bootcamp if you decided to get started before then. Either way we look forward to having you at bootcamp :).

Q:

I am 65 years old, have always been in decent shape, but that is history now! Need to get rid of 20 pounds..I know what needs to be done but cannot get motivated to start or stick with anything...Time and money are big factors but the Groupon looks like a great way to start...Do you have older folks like me in your gym? Adrienne

adrienne g.  asked on  Jul 14, 2012

Q:

I am chronically over built in my upper body with underdeveloped rhomboids - your workouts sound awesome but I need modification to avoid too much bicep tripcep work and to maximize rhomboid work - I need help to find the nuance of the difference - are you and your staff able to help with that kind of thing in the bootcamp workout?

Stacy R.  asked on  Jul 13, 2012

A:

Hi Stacy! Yes we can absolutely help with this! Most people tend to be much more dominant in their upper traps with weak rhomboids so we do a lot of work with our clients on scapular retraction to strengthen their rhomboids. Overall though, we don't really do too many isolation exercises (bicep curls, etc), so you'll find that you get a really great workout that makes you more fit and functional as a whole (with a focus on good form and scapular stabilization to strengthen the rhomboids of course!).

Q:

Hello, I have had two major surgeries, one in July of 2010 for removal of a 5lb mass in lower abdomen that took a year to heal and this past February I had a back surgery which included putting rods in my back. I went through physical therapy etc and haven't really been able to exercise much at all in the past two years and I am gaining weight. There are alot of movements I cannot do but I focus on what I can do. Am I someone that may be able to get some weight off from you folks or what may your suggestion to me be? Thanks

cheryl p.  asked on  Jul 13, 2012

A:

Hi Cheryl! Thanks so much for your interest in our program. We have a very wide range of fitness levels and are alway able to modify, so we find that when people have several limitations their attitude tends to be the determining factor as to whether our program is a fit. Sometimes it's frustrating for people to be in a group setting where they feel like they aren't able to do much or can't keep up while others are able to focus on what they can do like you said. Neither is right or wrong, it just means that sometimes an environment with more personalized attention, such as one-on-one training might be a better fit for some. If you are willing to be patient and take it slowly then we can absolutely help you! If you'd like to discuss in more detail, please feel free to give us a call and leave a number where we can get back to you. Otherwise, I hope to see you at bootcamp :) !

Q:

For the 16 day consecutive boot-camp day, do the days that no classes are offered count? Or is it 16 classes in a row, not including the two days that no classes are available?

amber l.  asked on  Jul 13, 2012

A:

Hi Amber! The 16 day option is for 16 consecutive days, not 16 consecutive classes. You get unlimited access to our available classes during those 16 days.

Q:

Can I just start mid week in August and that begins my 6 week stint? Also, is the "slim down" 16 day different than the 6 week other than length? Thanks.

Jamie C.  asked on  Jul 13, 2012

A:

Hi Jamie! As long as there is room, you can start at any time and will have 6 weeks of unlimited bootcamp from the day you start. The main difference between the two programs is the duration. Both of them can be used to register for the same workout sessions so you can choose between the 16-day slimdown and six-week bootcamp based on your needs and fitness goals. The 16 day slim down is a great jump start and intro to our program and the six week bootcamp will allow you to begin to see some serious results! You will get a meal plan with each program to help you get even better results :).
