Unlike summer camps, boot camps won’t require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today’s Groupon: for $30, you get 30 days of fitness boot camp from Fit Body Bootcamp (a $147.75 value when combined with their one-week-free promotion). This Groupon must be redeemed by November 15 and expires 30 days from the participant’s first class.
Toronto’s Fit Body Bootcamp, led by former U.S. Marine drill instructor Tony “A,” guides bodies toward slimness and strength with its 30-day boot camp. You’ll have access to as many classes as you choose to attend during your 30 days, with more than 15 options each week. Classes run an hour in length and focus on weight loss, strength building, and cardio training. Fulfill Rambo-fuelled fantasies as you manoeuvre through an obstacle course, or let loose with high-energy jump-roping exercises—all while enjoying the positive support of the instructor and your fellow classmates. Included with the 30-day boot camp are a nutrition plan, a free body-composition test, and reports on abs, ultimate fitness, and weight-loss supplements—the trifecta of Stallonian swagger.
Indoor classes are held Mondays through Fridays in the late afternoon and early evening, giving weekday work warriors the opportunity to exercise after a grueling day at the cotton-candy mines. Fit Body Bootcamp also hosts outdoor classes on Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon at High Park. There is free parking available for all members. Follow through on 2007’s New Year’s resolution to lose weight with 30 days of fun and focused fitness boot camp from Fit Body Bootcamp.

Fit Factory Fitness
Fit Factory Fitness has been awarded the 2015 Now Toronto's Reader Choice Best Gym/Fitness Club Award and blogTO's 2015 Best Boot Camp. Led by former US Marine Corps drill instructor and Fit Factory co-founder Tony Austin, classes mimic the intense training regimen Tony completed during his military days. Along with his fellow instructors, Tony uses his 22 years of fitness experience while donning a military-style olive cap to lead exercisers of all fitness levels through more than 200 diverse classes, including boot camp, boxing, and strength and conditioning, offering no-nonsense military-styled fitness training to everyday people of all fitness levels. With Tony's military background, the exercisers receive training and regimens like those practiced by the U.S. Armed Forces. Instructors also teach boxing boot-camp classes, in which patrons pummel heavy punching bags until they agree to personally train them. Fit Factory Fitness also offers military obstacle courses for both kids and adults, and is active in the community, having raised more than $300,000 for organizations such as the Canadian Cancer Society, SickKids Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada since September of 2012.
