$15 for One Obstacle Race Training Entry at the O Course ($30 Value)

Featured by Global News, Toronto Star, Get Out There Magazine, and a variety of other media outlets, the O Course obstacle race training course occurs every Saturday morning and features an enormous heat with more than 200 boot-camp participants. Drawing from his experience as a former US Marine, the studio's co-founder Tony A. designed The O Course's signature boot camp, the O Course, to mimic the workouts he completed during his army days. Participants of all fitness levels can partake in the advanced workout system training at Polson Pier's The Docks, which features 20 or more obstacles and was mentioned by the Toronto Star as "Toronto’s first and only military-style obstacle training course." Each session begins with a 45-minute warm-up, followed by the one- to two-hour military-style workout. Participants are asked to arrive at 8 a.m. with the heat starting promptly at 9 a.m. Reserve a class slot by signing up online; for more information, see the FAQs.
