What You'll Get
Riding a stationary bike combines the safety of a fitness center with the thrill of mountain biking, just as riding a stationary goat combines the safety of a petting zoo with the thrill of encountering a pack of hungry wolves. Get your adrenaline pumping with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $29 for three non-spin Fit Buddha classes (a $79 value)
- $29 for 150 minutes of MegaCycle (a $60 value)
- $49 for three Fit Buddha classes and 100 minutes of MegaCycle (a $119 value)
Aboard Schwinn AC Performance bikes, students pedal and perspire under the guidance of a MegaCycle instructor. Guests should bring a towel, water bottle, and cycling or athletic shoes to fuel cardio workouts with motivational music. Patrons mix and match 25- and 50-minute sessions for an eventual total of 100–150 minutes.
Fit Buddha classes include Megaformer—a total-body session that focuses on increasing core strength, flexibility, endurance—and the more gentle Power, Stretch, and Restore classes.

About Fit Buddha
Today, you can find Marcus and Eva Kettles overseeing an array of Megaformer machines and a staff of trainers inside Fit Buddha's eastern-themed exercise zone, where guests bolster their bodies during signature Lagree Fitness classes–all without the burden of membership fees. Santa Barbara is appreciative, too; the studio won Santa Barbara Independent's Best of 2013 and 2014 in the Pilates studio category.
The 40-minute Lagree Fitness workout and its signature Megaformer machine draws from focused Pilates techniques, cardio drills, and strength training to create a full-body conditioning routine. By melding effective intensity, cardio, and endurance training while minimizing transition time, the Megaformer delivers a more complete workout than traditional Pilates. Energizing music syncs up with the class circuit, which can deviate from the Lagree Fitness formula to include stationary cycling and nonstationary naptime. The studio also houses wellness and nutrition centers that espouse the anti-aging benefits of infrared saunas alongside wholesome sips from protein shakes. Fit Buddha has also recently opened a second location in Ventura, which is one of the only locations in the area to offer Megaformer fitness classes.
