Going to a boot camp can make you feel like a hardened warrior or just someone who gets pleasure out of the sound of yelling. Feel stronger with this Groupon.
- C$29 for 30 days of unlimited boot-camp classes (C$250 Value)
A former US Marines Corps drill instructor sergeant, Tony A. designs his 60-minute boot-camp workouts to both mirror military training and suit different experience levels, blending strength, cardio, and weight-loss manoeuvres. During camps, participants box and practice martial arts. Chins and chests tap portable pull-up bars as focused swings with weighted balls sculpt limbs. Tony outfits groups with all the necessary equipment, though patrons must bring their own water bottle, running shoes, and jar of angry wasps to help spur sprints.
