What You'll Get
Like flash mobs, exercise classes often benefit from the participation of a motivated group and rehearsed choreography. Engage in artistic fitness with today’s Groupon: for $15, you get 30 days of unlimited group classes at Fit For Life Executive Fitness Center (a $34 value).
With a schedule packed with more than 45 classes per week, Fit For Life gives guests a variety of ways to get in shape. Skilled trainers educate remedial muscles through popular courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Zumba. The RPM class guides riders through an indoor course set to motivating music, simulating a cycling journey without the danger of getting a flat, and Bodypump transforms malleable muscles into firm physiques through a 60-minute workout that employs barbells for squats, lifts, and curls.
Housed inside a newly remodeled 6,000-square-foot facility, Fit For Life boasts plenty of room to roam and nullifies the need to sign up for classes in advance. Free childcare services allow parents to concentrate on their calisthenics without having to worry about finding a babysitter or entertaining a tough crowd of toddlers.

About Fit For Life
Getting in shape can be really tough. So at Fit For Life, the staff's goal is to make each trip to the treadmill a little brighter with a range of amenities and staff who know your name. The 6,000-square-foot gym not only features a range of cardio and weight equipment, but classrooms that play host to more than 45 Zumba, yoga, body pump, and cycling classes per week. The accommodating schedule—which features sessions ranging from 5:15 a.m. until 8:15 p.m.—offers class times that works with every client's busy life, allowing them to mix up their workout without changing which animal is chasing them this week. While parents are sweating it out on the gym floor, kids can color, do homework, or play video games in the child care facility. After showering, members can cool down with the complimentary cups of coffee and newspapers that fill the gym's lobby.
