What You'll Get
Boot camps apply military concepts to daily life, as do dance parties set to Morse code and tanks converted into school buses. Declassify your abs with today’s Groupon: for $99, you get Dustin Maher’s six-week Extreme Body Transformation camp from Fit Fun Bootcamps (a $325 value). This Groupon is valid for classes at Fit Fun Bootcamps’ eight indoor locations. The package includes:
- Six weeks of boot camp (a $300 value)
- A 21-day meal plan (a $25 value)<p>
Voted Best Trainer in Madison two years in a row by Isthmus, Dustin Maher founded Fit Fun Bootcamps to get exercisers in shape swiftly with a menu of intense, ever-changing workout routines, earning features on several TV news programs. Led by a staff of enthusiastic instructors, each 45-minute class focuses on resistance training—participants lob medicine balls, hoist pairs of 15-pound to 25-pound dumbbells, and bench-press their imaginary friends to burn fat and tone muscle. Clients must provide their own dumbbells, and should also bring a towel or mat, water bottle, and athletic footwear to each session. The camp concurrently encourages healthy eating with a 21-day meal plan that eschews excess calories or vegetable replicas carved from pats of butter.

About Dustin Maher's Fit Moms Transformation Centers
The Transformation Center was created 12 years ago by Dustin Maher who saw so many people either not wanting to join a big box gym or who joined and didn’t get anything out of it.
The TC focuses on nutrition, on workouts led by personal trainers, on creating community, support, and accountability. It’s not a gym, it’s a community of like minded people of all abilities coming together to support one another on their journey towards fitness and health.
So if someone would never consider joining a gym, or found other “gyms” in the area just didn’t work for them, they could give TC a shot and might never leave.
