Forty-five minutes. That's all the instructors at fit RIDE Studio are asking for. They've fine-tuned their full-body fitRIDE classes, which incorporate stationary cycling, core work, and upper body exercises, to take just 45 minutes. Those ready to commit a bit more time could sleep over or attend bikerbar(re), a women's-only session that begins with a half-hour ride before moving onto a half-hour workout with isometric movements designed to tone small muscle groups.
