Erica has never stuck to just one fitness regimen, so she launched Fit Barre at Fit Ryde Indoor Cycling & Fitness Studio to provide clients the opportunity to tone their bodies through small isometric movements in addition to the studio's spinning classes. Erica has taught cycling, bootcamp, body sculpting, kettlebells and her signature "Pedal and Pump" classes, with more than seven years experience as a nationally certified AFAA group fitness instructor.
